Objectives of the Subsidy Plan

• To mobilize professional operators towards the creation of service centres addressing the Human Resource Development of companies/organisations.
• To promote the development of cooperation between companies, in creating infrastructure and Human Resources Development systems, that will provide joint services,
• To promote the creation of high-quality certified training centres.
• To promote the creation of certified test centres that will provide all the necessary facilities required for the provision of professional certifications.
• To promote the development/ building of human resource development systems, that will implement, according to the needs of the local economy, new, innovative approaches, in terms of local, regional, sectoral, cross-sectoral and/or by professional category.
• To develop the capabilities/ potential offered by information and communication technologies in improving the delivery of training, and also increasing the participation and access to training.
