On Wednesday, July 7th 2019, the Foundation for Research and Innovation announced Call for proposals for Three New Innovation Subsidy Programmes, totalling € 18 million, for the development of innovation activities, by Cypriot enterprises, with the potential to penetrate international markets.
The Programmes are the following:
- DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONALLY COMPETITIVE INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BY EXISTING ENTERPRISES (INNOVATE)”. You can click, here, for detailed information on this Programme.

The Initial cut-off dates for Submission of Proposals, are as follows:
- For the PRE-SEED programme: 04 October 2019
- For the SEED programme: 18 October 2019
- For the INNOVATE programme: 25 October 2019
The Electronic Proposal Submission System at the IRIS Electronic Services Portal of the Research and Innovation Foundation is expected to become operational in August 2019.
