Four year Invigoration Plan / Nicosia “green line” (Nicosia and Agios Dometios Municipalities)(2009 – 2012) - Subsidy plan supporting Enterprise activity growth through the De Minimis regulation

Objectives

To attract to the “green line” areas covered by the revitalization program, that is the Municipalities of Nicosia and Agios Dometios, new businesses that are active in business sectors included in the specified allowable urban development.

To encourage existing Businesses to move to the areas covered by the plan, in order to enhance social, economic and physical upgrading of the specified areas, increase the sense of confidence and security, improve the quality of life and eventually restore the human potential and create cohesive social fabric.

To encourage firms already operating in these areas to expand and/or to renovate existing facilities, in order to promote their business activity with the aim to create progressive and competitive businesses.
