European Territorial Cooperation constitutes the 3rd Objective of the European Union (EU) cohesion policy for the 2007-2013 Planning Period and is committed to interregional, inter-country and cross-border cooperation. European Territorial Cooperation is implemented through EU structural funds and in particular the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
