• The growth of innovative applications, that will be utilised for the improvement of the effectiveness of training and the increase in opportunities for growth of human capital
• The improvement of the productivity and the increase in competitiveness of Cypriot enterprises through the exploitation of innovation in the training and growth of human capital
• The creation of private sector and academic/research collaborations that will explore and develop ideas leading to the formation of innovative applications in training and growth of human potential and will benefit Cypriot enterprises and human capital
