Four year Invigoration Plan / Nicosia “green line” (Nicosia and Agios Dometios Municipalities)(2009 – 2012) - Subsidy plan for shop owners for facades invigoration and rearrangement / renovation of internal areas capitalizing on the De Minimis regulation

Objective

To encourage shop owners to revitalize the facades and renovate/ refurbish internal areas of their businesses, in order to improve their competitiveness, expand their economic base and create sustainable employment opportunities and thus enhance the social, economic and physical upgrading of the specified areas, with the aim to restore human capital, increase the sense of security, and eventually bring back the residents in these areas and build cohesive social fabric.
