• Upgrading the management and improvement of competitiveness of enterprises/ organisations through the recruitment of qualified and skilled individuals who have the ability to evolve and become part of their core human capital.
• Helping young higher education graduates to integrate smoothly and successfully into the labour market, through the acquisition of working experience and specialised complementary knowledge.
