Aim

The subsidy scheme aims to reduce unemployment by providing incentives to employers to hire the long-term unemployed. Incentives are provided in the form of subsidy, calculated as a percentage, on the salary of the person hired. As a result of the subsidy scheme twelve hundred (1,200) long-term unemployed individuals are expected to be employed.
